WB Fontenot Exhibit Opening & Special Guest Sara Jean Underwood, 2007 Playboy Playmate of the Year
Renowned LA Photographer WB Fontenot and “2007 Playboy Playmate of the Year” Sara Jean Underwood to appear at Gallery Sesso for new ”MUSE” exhibit opening.
Los Angeles based photographer WB Fontenot along with special guest, Portland native, Ms. Sara Jean Underwood and Gallery Sesso are teaming up for an erotic art exhibit sure to stimulate more than just your eyes.
Mr. Fontenot’s current work will be featured at Ron Jeremy’s Club Sesso, located at 824 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204, from March 4 - March 31, 2010. An artist’s reception will be held at Club Sesso on Thursday, March 4, 2010, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. This is an opportunity to meet Mr. Fontenot and Ms. Underwood (2007 Playboy Playmate of the Year). Admission for the reception will be free of charge and include complimentary champagne and appetizers.
With his camera, Mr. Fontenot creates other worldly playgrounds for his characters to roam. These parallel universes and strange characters are at the heart of his work. He slips between this place we live and this other realm, where fantasy can become reality in the frame. In his newest body of work, MUSE, we see Sara Jean Underwood in a chameleon-like state. She goes from starlet to temptress, from transgendered mystic to water nymph. Never taking himself too seriously, he strikes the perfect balance of playfulness, sexuality and raw human emotion.
Gallery Sesso is a community-building art and social space for adults.
