Hal of Edgeglam.com has been photographing people and objects since he was 16. Completely self-taught, Hal's style draws from many sources from Ancil Adams to Hollywood 40's Glamor.
Hal's intent is to tell a powerful story with a concise amount of light. When you see his work, you will see the outline of the subject, and vast expanses of black canvas. It is there, in the darkness, that your imagination runs free. While the outline starts the story, you can't help but be drawn into what else is happening: why is her back arched, who else is there, what is she feeling? The answer lies in the darkness where each who goes finds their own unique answer.
